How to place orders?
--You can either register as our member and place an order directly on our site, or email your order list with item codes number, sizes and quantity directly to us. Both are accepted.
--We will confirm your order and the total price for you after we have received your order.
How long does it take to receive my order after I have paid?
--Usually it takes 4 to 5 days to North America, Australia and New Zealand. It takes 5 to 7 days to West Europe.
Do you ship to all over the world.
--Yes, we ship to all over the world to your door.
How can I know if you have shipped my order?
--We will provide tracking number within 24 hours after your payment, with which you can track on line.
Do you accept COD(cash on delivery)?
We don鈥檛 accept COD. Prepayment is needed while ordering from us.
Return/Exchange
--Acceptable Reasons for exchange:
Wrong items or size sent, factory defect on items and other mistakes on our part.
--You need to send the item back to us for inspection while you ask for an exchange. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges to send item back to us. If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you an exchange.
--If your shoes are accepted for exchange we will notify you with instructions on how to mail it back to us.
Shipping & Delivery
--All our products are shipped from China to you. We can choose the shipping carrier according to your request. But for small packages we usually use EMS.
--You will receive a tracking number from us in 24 hours after your payment.
--All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to receive your package, then it will be held until you are able to sign for the package.
